Reporting missing points?

Include these details so we can raise a claim with the store:

  • Store name and order date
  • Order ID and order amount
  • The email address on your Periva account
  • Your order confirmation email or invoice

Grievances and privacy requests

Choose “Grievance” or “Privacy request” as the topic, or email support@periva.in with that word in the subject line.

Never share card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs. Periva will never ask for them.
